Master Insurance Agency offers the convenience of making premium or service fee payments online through a secure payment link. By choosing to pay electronically, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Accepted Payment Methods:

 • ACH electronic bank transfers from a valid checking or savings account.

 • Credit and debit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express (as applicable).

 2. Security of Transactions
: All payments are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. Master Insurance Agency does not store your full bank account, debit, or credit card information on its systems.

 3. Payment Authorization
: By submitting payment, you authorize Master Insurance Agency and its designated payment processor InsurePay and Stripe to initiate a one-time electronic debit/credit to your selected account in the amount you confirm.

 4. Service Fees:

 • ACH transactions may be assessed a nominal processing fee.

 • Credit/debit card transactions may be subject to a convenience fee charged by the payment processor. Any such fees will be displayed before you complete your payment.

 5. Payment Posting
: Payments made online will typically post to your account within 1–2 business days, although this may vary depending on your financial institution.

 6. Payment Responsibility
: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payments are made in full and on time. Master Insurance Agency is not responsible for late fees, policy lapses, or cancellations resulting from delayed or declined payments.

 7. Return/Failed Payments: 
If an ACH payment is returned (e.g., insufficient funds, invalid account information) or a card charge is declined, you may be charged additional fees by your financial institution.

 8. Refunds
: Refunds, if applicable, will be issued directly by Master Insurance Agency or credited back to your original payment method in accordance with our refund policy.

 9. Privacy: 
Payment information is transmitted securely to the payment processor solely for completing your transaction. Master Insurance Agency will not sell or share your financial information.
